Christopher W. Klaus is the founder and current CEO of Kaneva, Inc and founder and former CTO of Internet Systems Security (ISS). Mr. Klaus formed ISS in the early 1990s as a student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, eventually dropping out to focus on the growing company. In 2004 Chris Klaus stepped down from his role of Chief Technology Officer of ISS to pursue other interests, although he remained a significant shareholder and retained his role as the company's Chief Security Advisor. In 2006 ISS was sold to IBM for $1.3B.

Vela McClam Mitchell is Founder and CEO of Market Designs, LLC, a
global marketing, distribution and technology development consulting
firm based in Atlanta, GA. In 2006 Ms. Mitchell purchased and also became the CEO of Georgia International Travel, an American Express Travel affiliate in Atlanta.

Dimitri Moore is Founder and CEO of Moore International, a company with a
global perspective. Mr. Moore has lived and worked abroad, speaking many languages including French and Chinese.
