There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. France’s Secretary of Higher Education and Research, Thierry Mandon, visited the Institut Lafayette on April 8, 2016 for the signing of an agreement between Institut Lafayette and German-based AIXTRON, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of deposition systems for the semiconductor industry. Signing on behalf of Institut Lafayette were co-presidents and Georgia Tech faculty members, Abdallah Ougazzaden and Bernard Kippelen. The visit followed bilateral talks between French President François Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel during the 18th Franco-German Ministerial Council meeting held in Metz, France on April 7th.
