Cool Computing (Informal Education)

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. We are offering the first of two Cool Computing days on February 6, 2010.

The February date is open to all the students who came to our summer camps, Girl Scout workshops, YWCA Teen Girls in Technology, Boys and Girls Clubs, and other informal education programs.

The students will enjoy hearing about all of the cool things going on in computing education, industry and research. The event will include research demos, focus groups, speakers and so much more.
