There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. During the spring 2016 round of tenure and promotion decisions at Georgia Tech, 15 faculty members from the College of Sciences made the list.
The following were promoted to full professor:
School of Applied Physiology
School of Biology
School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences
School of Mathematics
School of Physics
School of Psychology
The following were promoted to associate professor and awarded tenure:

Joseph Sadighi, of the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry, was awarded tenure.
