Tom Kindler, Operations Leader at Renmatix, will be the guest speaker in the next of a series of seminars sponsored by RBI and the Student Chaper of TAPPI at Georgia Tech.
Kindler is a graduate of Georgia Tech and Lake Superior State University. He has 20-plus years experience in paper manufacturing with NewPage Corporation and Stora Enso.
Renmatix is a global technology licensor enabling the low-cost production of cellulosic sugars from non-food biomass serving chemical and fuels markets. The company’s proprietary Plantrose™ process challenges conventional sugar economics by cheaply converting cellulosic biomass – from wood waste to agricultural residue – into useful, cost-effective sugars.
