(June, 2007) - The College of Computing and Kaneva
are awarding $100 each month starting in June for the best student
project or research video submissions on Kaneva.com, the virtual
3D-world networking site. The competition is open to all Georgia Tech
students and is planned to run for at least one year.
College of Computing Advisory Board Member Christopher Klaus is Kaneva's founder and Chief Executive Officer. Kaneva
is the first virtual entertainment world that unifies the 2D web with a
3D experience, integrating social networking, shared media, and
collaborative online communities into a modern-day, immersive 3D
Virtual World.
