There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. General Information

The ASM-GT Materials Data Challenge is a community-building 2-day event, which focuses on the emerging discipline of materials informatics.  The challenge includes a juried competition, inviting students in computer science, data science and materials science, as well ass opportunities for professional networking with representatives from academia, professional societies and industry.  Both individual and team participation are allowed (maximum team size is 4 people).  Prizes include $500 main prize and ASM Certificates in varous categories.  All participants will receive GT-branded T-shirts as a token of appreciation for participation in this event from Georgia Tech.  Food, fun and new contacts are also included!
