There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

The College of Sciences is organizing a science parade as part of the Atlanta Science Festival. All Georgia Tech faculty, researchers, staff, and students are invited to join in marching in the parade. Wear your white and gold, dress up in your favorite lab gear or science themed costume.
The parade will kickoff the start of the Atlanta Science Festival Expo March 26th (Sat). We will start organizing for the parade at 10am in the Centennial Academy parking area just a few blocks from Tech. The parade will then march down Luckie St. starting at 10:45am towards Centennial Park (about 1 km). You can stay for the fun at the Expo or call it a day.
To learn more about the parade and sign up to march, please visit our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/asfparade
You can also access the registration form directly. Please list the name of your student group and give the expected number of people in your party: http://goo.gl/forms/K9YV46jaQ0
We may be the first parade ever dedicated to science! A great deal of amazing science is done here at Georgia Tech. Celebrating that with a parade is a unique and fun way to interact with our community.
