About Ron Kyslinger

Ron Kyslinger leads a recently formed worldwide operations engineering team at Amazon. The goal of the team is to design the global fulfillment centers and distribution facilities of the future (equipment and processes), while leveraging Amazon’s internal robotics technology to the highest extent possible.

Ron and his team are also developing and setting standards for aligning numerous business units with independent business models. They are working to identify and leverage synergies within the various businesses to decrease overall operating costs and improve corporate profitability. The team is also working to leverage automation throughout Amazon’s operations.

Ron has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.
