There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. June13-21: SOA hosts 40-hour NABCEP training: Advanced PV Fundamentals and Design
Day 1-3: June 13-15, 2016 (M-W)
Day 4-5: June 20-21, 2016 (M-Tu)
All five days will be from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a morning break, a lunch break, and an afternoon break. Catered lunch will be provided.
NABCEP PV Installation Professional qualifier
This course is designed to prepare students for a deep understanding of work as a PV installation professional. In depth coverage of the National Electric Code (NEC 2014) and other best practices is presented for residential and commercial-scale systems. Lessons dive into site preplanning, technology system components, system sizing, mechanical integration, electrical integration, utility connection, inspection and commissioning, operations/maintenance/troubleshooting, and economic analysis.
