His talk, "Talent and Competencies for a Successful Career in Aerospace" will give insight into the field, which he knows intimately as the senior vice president of strategy and education for Dassault Aviation.
About the Lecture
The optimal management of complex programs in an international and changing environment requires a bushy set of technical competences and of course a large dose of talent. Both will be highlighted, and partially discovered by the students, following a logical track running through : customer satisfaction, cooperation with partners, implementation of coherent processes, governance of teams, elaboration of business plans and finally culture of “patrimony." These six points will be developed in the lecture with examples based on operational situations. Emphasis will be put throughout the lecture on human qualities, including humour, continuous improvement, fair collaboration and trust.
