The second day of the two day event (3/3-3/4) includes keynote addresses by Anya Cherneff, co-founder Executive Director of Empower Generation, and Jeff Roberts, Program Leader for Sustainable Energy Systems and Deputy Program Director for Energy at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The Expo also features panel sessions on Energy Start-Ups in the Southeast, Corporate Sustainability Initiatives, and Global and Domestic Energy Policies.
The Expo concludes Friday afternoon with a Showcase and informal networking reception.

Sign up to present a poster, demonstration, or other project at the Showcase competition, where first, second, and third place prizes will be awarded. Showcase presenters also enjoy free admission to both days of the Expo.

Visit our website for the full agenda and to register for both days of the event here.

The Energy Expo is a conference and showcase about the changing energy landscape in the Southeast.  It is hosted by the Energy Club at Georgia Tech in partnership with the GT Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship (IGERT) program and the GT Strategic Energy Institute, and it is open to the public. We are calling researchers in the energy space to show off the latest technologies, and challenge policy makers to have the same innovation.

As Atlanta rapidly becomes a hub for energy innovation and entrepreneurship, it is important to reflect on the current state-of-the-art while learning about the ideas of tomorrow. Join us for an interactive conversation on the technology, policy, and business topics relevant to the Southeast’s energy space, and become a part of Atlanta’s future!
