There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. The United Kingdom is set to have a referendum on June 23 about whether to remain a member of the European Union. This panel discussion will outline the reasons for the referendum and analyze the arguments for and against.
