Atlanta Service Jam is the local division of the Global Service Jam. Each year we participate in a global Service Design competition where people interested in using a design-based approach to creativity and problem solving meet over the weekend to collaborate and rapidly prototype ideas and concepts based on an internationally shared theme.

The Global Service Jam is a volunteer hackathon-type event organized by an informal network of service design enthusiasts who share a common passion for growing the field of Service Design and Customer Experience (CX) Design. The Atlanta Jam will be held at Georgia Tech and offers an excellent opportunity to learn more about Service Design first-hand alongside some of the top professionals in the area and current students in the field. There will be fun and entertainment along the way, so please join us to develop a new skill set and expand your network.
