Get set for a great evening of art on campus with the opening of the 2016 Clough Art Crawl on Thursday, February 25 from 4-7 pm. Artwork by Georgia Tech students will be on exhibit, along with performances of all kinds.
Three hundred Georgia Tech students will participate as visual or performing artists this year. All Georgia Tech students, regardless of major or year, are welcome to submit. For some, it's a chance to share their artistry with campus, while others hope to win 1 of 7 cash awards, including a People's Choice Award.
The opening of the Art Crawl on February 25 will include live readings and special performances by student arts groups. The Clough Art Crawl is juried by professional artists working in the metro Atlanta area who select the top work in each category, and those attending also vote on their favorite works. The event is free and open to the public, and is held in the Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons.
All visual art will remain on display throughout the Clough Commons until March 15, 2016.
This event is sponsored by the Office of the Arts, the Georgia Tech Library, and the Office of the Provost.
