No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Wreck Techs Logo (Square)OIT will be performing upgrades to backbone networking equipment that serves the wired and wireless networks in all residence halls from 4:30am-6:45am on Tuesday, February 16th. During this time, residents may experience unavailability of both wired and wireless networks. Additionally, users that may notice other systems such as BuzzCard vending, laundry, and door access may be in a degraded state.
After the maintenance has been completed, all services should automatically return to service. Users may need to reboot their device(s) to restore connectivity to wired/wireless networks after the outage.
