There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. A U.S. Army veteran, retiring as a lieutenant colonel in 1995, Robert Waters is a senior lecturer with the Division of Computing Instruction in the College of Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His research focuses on software architecture recovery from legacy systems. Waters received a master’s degree and a doctorate from Georgia Tech. Prior to hs graduate studies, he attended the Army Command and General Staff College, Army Management Staff College and U.S. Naval Test Pilot School. Waters teaches the capstone design courses and the core computer science curriculum.
