There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Richard Henneman is a professor of the practice in the School of Interactive Computing in the College of Computing and the Director of the Master’s Program in Human-Computer Interaction (MS-HCI) at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Henneman joined Georgia Tech with extensive corporate experience in design management, user interface design, and user research at NCR, IBM/Internet Security Systems, marchFIRST, and AT&T. He has also worked as an independent consultant and at Georgia Tech in research and administration. Henneman earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a doctorate in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech.
