There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. On January 28 - 29, Alasdair Young, as chair of the European Union Studies Association, led the inaugural meeting of the U.S. Jean Monnet Cooperation Network in Washington, DC.
He also represented Georgia Tech’s Jean Monnet Center of Excellence. The network brings together Jean Monnet activities at 12 universities in 10 states.
In addition to networking opportunities and presentations from program officials from Brussels, the participants also received briefings from the heads of Press and Public Affairs and Trade and Agriculture from the EU’s Delegation, as well as from EU Ambassador David O’Sullivan.
