Georgia Tech's Caribbean Student Association will host a candlelight vigil tonight in support of the many individuals touched by the Jan. 12 earthquake in Haiti. The natural disaster has displaced several hundred thousand Haitians, and estimates suggest many thousands are dead.

The vigil will begin at sundown by the campanile. All students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend.

There is a now a Washington-based e-mail address for use by the general public. Anyone seeking information about U.S. citizens in Haiti can e-mail the U.S. State Department at Haiti-Earthquake@state.gov.
