There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. All students are invited to hear Georgia Tech graduate and creator of the Atlanta Beltline concept Ryan Gravel will discuss how the Beltline has transitioned from an idea to a movement, and how it could influence economic development, regional growth and public health. He will also discuss how the Beltline will not only change Atlanta physically, but also mentally. This event is presented by Students for Progressive Transit.
Students for Progressive Transit (SfPT) is a new student organization that will promote awareness about alternative transportation choices on the Georgia Tech campus and throughout the Atlanta region, through education and active participation with regards to transportation issues that affect the student and local community.
