Title: Post-Disaster Reconstruction and Recovery
Dr. Javernick-Will is the Nicholas R. and Nancy D. Petry Professor in Construction Engineering and Management and Associate Chair for Graduate Education and Research of the Executive Committee of the Mortenson Center in Engineering for Developing Communities at the University of Colorado Boulder. She has a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and PhD from Stanford University in Civil Engineering.
