There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Hua Wang has published a new book, RF and mm-Wave Power Generation in Silicon. Wang is the editor of this book, and his co-editor is Kaushik Sengupta, an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Princeton University.
Wang is an assistant professor in the Georgia Tech School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), where he leads the Georgia Tech Electronics and Micro-System Lab. He also holds the Demetrius T. Paris Junior Professorship in ECE.
This book presents the challenges and solutions of designing power amplifiers at RF and mm-Wave frequencies in a silicon-based process technology. It covers practical power amplifier design methodologies, energy- and spectrum-efficient power amplifier design examples in the RF frequency for cellular and wireless connectivity applications, and power amplifier and power generation designs for enabling new communication and sensing applications in the mm-Wave and terahertz frequencies.
