There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The College of Architecture National Science Foundation ADVANCE Program hosts a panel discussion on the issues and communications challenges women may face in an academic setting, as well as the methods for overcoming them to achieve success.

The NSF ADVANCE Program seeks to increase the participation of women in the scientific and engineering workforce through the increased representation of women in academic, scientific and engineering careers. The ADVANCE Program at Georgia Tech is coordinated by the ADVANCE Team, which includes ADVANCE Professors and the Center for the Study of Women, Science and Technology.
