No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Steve McDowell, Principal and Director of Design at BNIM, has more than 35 years of experience designing high-performing, sustainable office facilities. McDowell’s unique way of harnessing creativity has pushed the envelope of technical investigation.
BNIM’s approach to architecture and design integrates living environments in a way that leads to vital and healthy organizations and communities. Their work is setting new standards in high-performance design with projects such as The Omega Center for Sustainable Living in Rhinebeck, NY; Qualcomm Building AY in San Diego, CA; and the Henry W. Bloch Executive Hall for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Under McDowell’s leadership, BNIM received the American Institute of Architects Firm Award in 2011.
