Summaries

Summary Sentence: Learn what is negotiable and how to approach the negotiation

Full Summary: What can you negotiate? Think beyond salary.

Over 40% of new hires fail to negotiate. Can a new hire ask for relocation expenses, assistance with temporary housing, and job search assistance for partner, signing bonus, early review, and flextime. Would an organization consider changing the title of the position, upgraded equipment, or additional vacation?

How to approach the negotiation process create your own strategy.
