No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

During the week of December 14 through 18, the Georgia Tech Post Office will keep its regular hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. except for Thursday, December 17. The post office will close at 2 p.m. for its holiday party and will re-open Friday, December 18, at 8:30 a.m.
Although the Georgia Tech campus will be closed from December 21 through January 3, 2010, the Georgia Tech Post Office will continue processing incoming mail. Departments and individuals may pick up mail from the Mail Processing Center located at 711 Marietta Street (Business Services Building, just south of the Human Resources Building). Retrieving mail during the this time will reduce delivery backlogs when the campus re-opens January 4, 2010, allowing departments to retrieve any important or time-sensitive mail.
Mail Processing Center hours will be from 8 a.m. to noon, December 21 through 24, and December 28 through 31. Individuals should have their BuzzCard available when picking up mail.
