There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. U.S. Army General David H. Petraeus, Commander, United States Central Command, will address the Georgia Tech community on January 19 at 2:30 p.m. in the Ferst Center for the Arts. Colonel Leslie Callahan, for who the memorial endowment is named, joined the Georgia Tech Industrial and Systems Engineering Faculty in 1969 after a twenty-five year military carer. A 1944 graduate of the United States Military Academy, he earned his MAster's degree (1951) ans Ph.D. (1961) in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He established the Callahan Endowment in 1993.
