A continuous stream of information through formative classroom assessments, early course feedback, and final student evaluations helps instructors understand how well students are learning in response to their approaches to teaching. In this session we will explore evidence-based best practices and teaching strategies to help you identify effective and efficient ways to manage and respond to feedback about your own teaching. We’ll start with the basics, and work our way up to more complex cases, with a view to inspiring ourselves to creativity and innovation in the classroom.
