Kaye Husbands Fealing, chair of the Ivan Allen College’s School of Public Policy, has been appointed to two committees for the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
During her appointment on the Committee on Developing Indicators for Undergraduate STEM Education, Fealing will identify objectives for improving undergraduate STEM education and outline a framework and set of indicators intended to document the status and quality of undergraduate STEM education at the national level over multiple years.
As a member of the Panel on Reengineering the Census Bureau’s Annual Economic Surveys, she will review the design, operations, and products of the U.S. Census Bureau’s suite of annual economic surveys of retail trade, manufacturers, wholesale trade, services, and other economic activities.
