There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The African Student Association of Georgia Tech is hosting our largest showcase of African culture, and you're all invited! We will have a series of dance performances, skits, singers, and a fashion segment during the show to highlight different regions of Africa. We will kickoff the night with dinner in the Student Center Greenhouse (In Food Court) which will feature a variety of dishes from West, East, North, and Central Africa.
Tickets are $7 and $10 at the door.
We will be selling tickets in the Student Center from 11am-2pm all the way up to Friday, November 20, 2015, so listen for African music! Online tickets can also be bought at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/taste-of-africa-2015-tickets-19350131765 until Friday at 11:59.
Food will be served from 5:15 to 6:45 in the Greenhouse in the Student Center, and the actual show will begin at 7:15 in the Ferst Center of the Arts.
