Introduction to Vipassana Meditation

Full Summary: The Counseling Center is hosting Dr. B.G. Savla to provide an introduction to Vipassana meditation.  Dr. Savla, a senior Vipassana meditation instructor, has provided a number of instructions in Vipassana meditation, most recently to faculty and students at Emory University.   Vipassana ("to see things as they really are”) is a non-sectarian practice open to everyone regardless of background or belief.  It can be a practical method of self-awareness which makes it possible to face the tensions and problems of daily life in a calm and balanced way.
