There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Sally Flocks, President and CEO of PEDS, will speak and participate in a panel discussion focused on what may be the most valuable land in our cities: the streets. Streets have many uses, only one of which is moving cars.
Who should have authority to make decisions about our streets? The parties that own the land? The people who currently use the streets? Or the people who live in communities roads run through?
