Dr. Rob Kolodner, former national coordinator for Health Information Technology in the Office of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, presents the November 2009 Heath Systems Institute/Tennenbaum Institute Distinguished Lecture, "The Surge in U.S. Health IT Spending: The Research and Innovation Opportunites and Barriers."
