Full Summary: David Lawrence, PhD, Senior Academic Professional and Communication Skills Specialist with the Georgia Tech Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning (CETL) will explain strategies for graduate students to create a professional presence online. This includes communicating research and career goals through personal websites and social media.

Are you a graduate student going on the academic, government or industry job market soon? What link will you give to potential employers and contacts? Want to know how to best communicate your goals and feature your skills in your personal website? Need help sorting through numerous academic and professional social media options?  This workshop series will help answer these questions for IAC grad students who are trying to establish a presence online that features your Georgia Tech research and professional skills.
