Looking for something fun, exciting, and rewarding to do for the K-12 students of Georgia? Georgia Tech is once again co-sponsoring the 2nd Annual GA Gravity Games (Soap Box Derby) to be held in Douglasville, GA on October 24, 2015.

Volunteers are needed to assist on race day with safety inspections and design judging. Last year was great fun and over 20 teams are already registered. Students from the Georgia Tech Horizons program will be competing this year.

Contact Chris Thompson at chris.thompson@ceismc.gatech.edu or 404-385-2421 if you are interested. Official Google t-shirts provided! Ride-sharing to/from Douglasville is available if needed.

Categories of participation include: Kits, Engineered (scratch-built/modified kits), and Open/Adult. Pre-registration is required to compete and space is limited so don't delay. Registration and more information can be found at: http://www.gagravitygames.com
