There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Navigating the ‘New Normal’ in Energy Regulation
Energy-intensive industries face numerous new air, water, and environmental regulations from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other federal agencies that will affect how industries produce and use energy and dispose of its byproducts. This panel discussion will provide an overview of the new standards, and discuss the cost implications of compliance, as well as challenges and competitive opportunities that the current regulatory environment creates for the region.
