There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. MSE will host its third annual Industry Day, Thursday, Oct. 29. The event will include panel presentations from industry, a vendor showcase, lab tours, and a poster session and reception. Technology leaders from various industry sectors have been invited to attend.

Student registration will be open from 2:45 to 3:15 p.m. Panel presentations will be held from 11 a.m. to noon. A panel of alumni from industry will meet with both undergraduate and graduate students to discuss their corporate experiences and what skills companies in various sectors seek when hiring. The list of panelists will be posted on the RSVP website as they are confirmed.
The vendor showcase, poster session and reception will be held from 3:15 to 5:30 p.m.
The vendor showcase is the first of its kind for the event. Vendors will be on hand to share information about new technologies, chemicals, materials, and other products.
Posters for the poster session will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Due to space, only one poster is allowed per research group (which can be a group poster). Please coordinate the poster for your group with your research advisor. Poster printing guidelines found at: http://www.mse.gatech.edu/administration/poster-printing-faq. Send poster requests to Angie Beggs (angie.beggs@mse.gatech.edu) no later than Oct. 23.
