Renee Ray (DATHA 2015)Join us for our kick-off DATHA Talk on Transportation and Aging by guest speaker Renee Autumn Ray. Renee is a Mobility Manager in the Aging and Health Resources Division at the Atlanta Regional Commission. At ARC, Renee leads and provides oversight on projects including a $1.8m human services transportation contract for DeKalb County; a technical assistance project to expand transportation access for dialysis patients; and a chronic disease prevention subcontract for Fulton County. Her talk will focus on “Simply Get There,” a trip discovery website for specialized transportation services that launched in March 2015. Renee has more than a decade of experience in urban planning, transportation policy, and public health and received a master’s degree in city and regional planning from UNC Chapel Hill.
