There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Horizons at Georgia Tech is an enrichment program focused on providing K-8 students with support in math and reading during the school year and summer months. Horizons at Georgia Tech is looking for Georgia Tech students to work with the Horizons students in an after school program setting on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 3:00-6:00 PM. The activities will include tutoring in math, science, and reading.
Additionally, the Georgia Tech tutors will help implement weekly hands-on STEM activities with the Horizons students. Experience working with school age children is required. All tutors will have to successfully pass all criminal background checks.
