Se7en is an architectural experimentation in spatial enhancement. As a socially provocative installation, it asks each participant to evoke a parallelism between the perception of the individual and the perceived object based on the classification of seven vices. Each individual has been asked to construct an interpretation of their characteristic within given constraints that interacts with the human body on some level. These constraints allow the individual elements to have the ability to be reconfigured in order to adapt to the various environments as well as social demands.
Started in 1998, Eyedrum is a nonprofit organization developing an interdisciplinary approach to the arts by incorporating a wide range of contemporary art, music and new media in its gallery space. The gallery is operated entirely by volunteers, and supported through memberships and donations. It has been recognized internationally as well as locally by Atlanta
