COURSE DESCRIPTION

Taking a holistic supply chain view toward packaging decisions is essential to achieving financial benefits as well as direct and positive sustainability impacts that can be measured in emissions and waste reduction. Learning how to make wise choices in packaging is essential as once locked-in poor decisions can be a snowballing source of added cost. Actual project results and examples will be discussed.

Analysts, managers, senior managers, directors, and VPs of logistics, transportation, distribution, fulfillment, product management, product design, packaging, and supply chain.
