There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Please note that OIE will be updating iStart and it will be unavailable from 7 am-12 pm on Friday, June 26. We are preparing for the major SEVIS upgrade that will take place over the weekend to ensure that OIE is fully functional when SEVIS comes live next week.
This means that you will not be able to submit any requests to iStart. In addition, OIE will not be able to process any pending requests during this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but are not expecting the outage to last longer than 12 noon. We thank you for your patience as we make these upgrades.
