There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Spring semester is over and the Georgia Tech Housing Department is busy getting ready for summer and fall. Students may still apply for any of the three Summer 2015 Housing sessions. Full and Early Short Summer residents will move in on May 10 and Late Short Summer residents will move in on June 17. Residents that are living with us for the Early Short Summer session will move out of their residence hall by June 10 – so plan ahead!
Please encourage your student to login to My Housing to confirm his/her room and roommate assignments prior to checking out a room key. If changes are desired, Room Swap, in the housing application, gives the students the ability to search for another room and simply make the switch online themselves. We recommend that this be done before each semester to assure a smooth and efficient move.
For students who plan to live on campus for Fall 2015 and have not yet applied, it’s not too late. Sign up today and be prepared for August. Be sure to watch our website later this summer for details about the fall move-in process.
All campus housing applications are made online through My Housing which can be accessed from the Department of Housing website. Important messages, updates, and the Housing Calendar can always be found on our homepage. The assignment staff in the Central Office is eager to help you and your student with any questions or concerns regarding on-campus living. Email information@housing.gatech.edu anytime or call 404-894-2470 Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
