Academic Calendar Changes Information Session

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. This session will review proposed changes to the Academic Calendar that, if approved, will be phased in over the next two years. Topics will include additional class holidays and changes to the structure of final exam scheduling and dead week. Additional topics will also included potential future calendar changes still under discussion. The session will be led by Paul Kohn, vice provost for Enrollment Services, and Steven Girardot, associate vice provost for Undergraduate Education.

Light refreshments will be served.
