This seminar will discuss the report on Climate Change Mitigation prepared by the Working Group III for the Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The report overviews the literature that assesses transformation pathways consistent with low GHG emissions scenarios. The report examines both technological and economic issues. Please join us in discussing its findings.
