Co-sponsored by VOICE, Georgia Tech's sexual violence prevention and response initiative, along with the Athletic Association, the Center for Community Health & Wellbeing, the Division of Student Affairs, the Office of Compliance Programs, the Office of the President, the Provost's Office, and the Sexual Violence Prevention Alliance.
There is a great deal of buzz about the new documentary film, The Hunting Ground, and VOICE is pleased to be among hundreds of campuses across the country to host a screening as part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This is an opportunity for Georgia Tech students, faculty, staff, and administrators to join the national conversation about how institutions are handling the issue of sexual violence, and for the attendees to learn more about the work that is being done to address sexual violence head-on in the Georgia Tech community. We know this may be a triggering and emotional film for some to watch, and therefore, staff from the Counseling Center will be at the event and we will host a panel discussion and debrief after the film is screened.
