Full Summary: Discover your enlightened side with desktop yoga, stress-buster breathing techniques and meditation. Explore your dynamic side and learn how to increase creativity, productivity and mental health.  Yoga is an ancient science with its roots originating thousands of years back in East. It is traditionally deeply ingrained in the Eastern culture, and over the last few decades it has gained increasing acceptance in the West, perhaps due to it's tremendous benefits in uplifting the mind, body and spirit. In the International Yoga & Meditation Night, we discuss & experiment with the role of yoga & meditation in the context of modern day life, and how they can be used as sustainable tools to promote mental health and beat stress. We begin the session with desktop yoga which can be integrated easily into the student lifestyle & which provides an instant energy boost. Next, we explore the role of breathing techniques to gain clarity, productivity and a greater control over emotions & subsequently transition into a short guided meditation. Towards the end, we open the floor for questions followed by healthy nourishing refreshments.Sponsored by YesPlus @ GT
