Please join C21U in celebrating the 25/50 Anniversary of the College of Computing with a panel and screening of The Ivory Tower

The Ivory Tower is a student narrative-driven documentary that asks the question, "Is college worth the cost?". Directed by Andrew Rossi, the film was released in 2014 and received strong reviews from The New York TimesNPR, and countless others.  
Preceding the screening, panelists will discuss the value of education today, as well as the disruption of online education, and the future of higher ed. 

 The panel will include:
  • Jeff Selingo, Columnist and Author of MOOC U and College (Un)Bound
  • Rich DeMillo, Director of C21U and the Charlotte B. and Roger C. Warren Chair of Computing
  • Rosa Arriaga, Senior Research Scientist in the School of Interactive Computing
  • Rick Clark, Director of Undergraduate Admissions
  • Lauren Margulieux, Graduate Research Assistant, School of Psychology and C21U
