Panelists are Matthew Gerst, Director, External and State Affairs, CTIA-The Wireless Association and Jose Jimenez, Executive Director, External Affairs, Cox Communications, Inc. The session will be moderated by Kennard Woods, Senior Counsel, Friend, Hudak & Harris, LLP.
